Inspired by the cows I used to see on my way from Amsterdam to Diemen on summer days. They always brought a little joy to an otherwise ordinary journey. Perhaps one day, Miel will be waiting for me somewhere.
The picnic table
A table set for five, waiting in the middle of a field. A little scene I imagine on a summer windy day, when there is nowhere else to be and nothing else to do but stay a little longer.
Two seats under the sun please
Drawn on a summer day in a little restaurant in Torralba de Ribota. Two chairs, a quiet wall and the sunlight falling exactly where it should. Nothing extraordinary, and yet somehow worth noticing.

Inspirado en esas visitas a la panadería a por mi pan de masa madre, cuando el olor a pan recién hecho consigue alegrarte un la mañana.
CAL ACEITE
Dibujado en vivo durante un viaje a Calaceite, España. Una tarde tranquila, la iglesia iluminada por el sol y un amigo dibujando sentado en el suelo.
LA MESA DE PICNIC
Una mesa preparada para cinco, esperando en medio de un campo. Una pequeña escena que imagino en un día de verano con viento, cuando no hay ningún otro lugar al que ir ni nada más que hacer que quedarse un ratito más.
